Downtown Fun

A little over a week ago we met some friends at the playground and splash park downtown. It was so much fun!

Instead of heading home after lunch, we decided to check out the views from the walking bridge. It never disappoints!

Luke saw the barge coming and patiently waited until it went under the bridge. It was the highlight of his day, especially when it tooted it's horn as it passed under.

Barrett's Bowling Party

Last weekend Caleb went to his friend, Barrett's party at Kingpin Lanes. While Caleb had no clue what bowling was before we got there, he quickly figured out that he needed to knock down as many pins as he could, and he sure had fun doing it. He also spotted the arcade, and thought that was about the coolest place he'd ever been!

Recently...

A photo dump from the past week or so...

It was SUCH a treat to meet Marshma at Jason's Deli for lunch...we need to do it more often!

Last weekend we went to Abby's 2nd birthday party. Abby's parents are in our ABF (Adult Bible Fellowship) class at church and her brother, Lucas, is one of Caleb's friends at church.

We also met the Whitworths at the Science Center one morning last week. My boys LOVE going down there, and they had such a good time with Harper and Jackson.

Dryers were necessary with all that water play!

One evening last week we met Ava at the playground/splash park. The kids had a blast!

Caleb's Party

Caleb had a Star Wars themed party at Kazoing and we all had a blast! It was the perfect theme and the perfect place to celebrate our now five year old. All the kids wore themselves out in the bouncy houses and on the huge slides, and our birthday boy just had the best time!

I gave him a few choices of shirts that I found on etsy.com and this was  his favorite. I think it turned out cute.

(I remembered halfway through the party to turn my camera to the "sports" setting, so most of the pictures prior to that are a little blurry.)

Caleb, Emma, and Jackson were first down the slide!

Little brother had the time of his life there. He went non-stop and loved every single second. Something tells me we may be planning another party there in February!
