Last year we started the "Elf on a Shelf" tradition and Betty, our elf as Caleb named her, is back again this year. Thankfully, Betty doesn't get into too much trouble and on most days she can be found hiding in the Christmas tree, on the mantle, or even hanging upside from lighting fixtures. Caleb LOVES coming downstairs each morning to find her new hiding spot, and it's always the first thing he does.
Apparently Betty had a chat with Caleb's Pez dispensers one night.

Caleb thought it was SO funny that Betty rode Luke's dragon and made a mess.
