Monday night Grandma and Grandaddy took Caleb, Luke, and I to the fair. We met Grandmom and Paige there and we all had a really fun evening. The (horribly unhealthy) food was great, the (dirty and creaky) rides put a huge smile on Caleb's face, and the people watching did not disappoint.
This cracks me up! If you know Caleb very well then you know he has an issue with smells. Poor boy- he just couldn't handle the horse area. And this is how he walked throughout the entire area. People were cracking up!

After a ginormous hot dog, Caleb ended his nutritious State Fair dinner with a snow cone.

On to the rides...At $2.50 a ride (each ride was 2 tickets) they were a bargain- ha!
But with a smile like that, I'd say the cost was worth it!
He LOVED the swings, as they were much faster than the ones at Kings Island. At one point he yelled to me, "This is SO much fun!" As the ride came to a stop I noticed Caleb had a panicked look on his face. He was holding his seat belt- unfastened! Gotta love fair rides! ;)
He had a wait in line an extra time so he could be first and be the conductor.
Sweet, happy Luke! Even though we were there past his bedtime, he was still a trooper!
