June

Bring on the SUMMER FUN!

The boys have settled into a nice summer routine...At home they sleep late, play a little Fortnite, then take bike rides to their great-grandparents house, eat again, and then they play outside until dark. It's simple and it's perfect. They also spend around four or five days a week at the cabin and the lake. Sounds like an ideal summer. :)

On Flag Day, this kid TURNED TWELVE.

Birthday ride on the Deep Impact

Striper fishing at State Dock

Billy, the goat that lives near Difficulty Creek on Cumberland, has become famous. To meet him, you simply show up near his shoreline, shake a bag of chips, and he will come down to eat right from your hands. The boys rode out with Uncle Mark and Aunt Cathy and loved feeding him.

Ice Cream from Marina Rowena

We made a long run on a Thursday to the back of Beaver Creek to find this incredible water fall. It was simply breathtaking.

The last week of June the boys and I headed to High Point, North Carolina to see PeePaw and Grandma Beth's new house. They were super pumped to get lots of Hallie Girl love.
