Bald Head Island, Part 3

Good morning, BHI! 

Oh, how I wish I had my coffee every morning on this screened-in porch! 

On Monday, our last full day, we went to the beach right off of the Frying Pan Shoals, so the waves were crazy.

Monday proved to be another perfect beach day and the best way to finish out our trip. Fall Break 2017 was one for the books!

Before dinner that evening we stopped and got some pictures with Old Baldy.

Ha! This was posted at the entrance of the marina.

Then Tuesday came and it was not fun. ;)
We took some pictures, but were all so sad to be packing up and leaving BHI. We all wanted 3 more days. :)

As the ferry was coming out of the marina, Luke was fake crying "Bye Bald Head. I will miss you!"

And then we were here.

Back to the read world...waiting, crowds, and lots of noise. 

Bald Head really was an island paradise and we are so thankful that we got to go this year. It is also somewhere we definitely hope to visit again!
