November

Creed and I went down to the Keys for a long weekend to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. We had a great weekend with the perfect weather!
Our favorite drive down US1.

Hands down my very favorite meal- the Mexican Bowl at Hurricane Hole Marina.

We met some friends one afternoon down in Key West for the boat races.

Driving back up to Marathon we stopped for dinner and caught our last sunset of the weekend.

Luke ended up getting strep throat and the flu, which kept him down for a solid five days, plus a few more days to be back to normal. I hadn't seen him this sick in years, but he was a trooper and had a good attitude. You know he's sick when he doesn't feel good enough to play his XBox.

Creed and Caleb escaped the germs at the lake and got the Christmas tree up while they were there.

Thanksgiving in High Point is always a blast!
Luke got to use Uncle Matt's airsoft gun, which was a big highlight of his weekend!

Grandma Beth always spoils the boys with trips to get ice cream.

October

The boys took their first solo flight to visit PeePaw and Grandma Beth over fall break and they did great.

Because of Luke's age, Grandma Beth was able to get a pass and meet them at the gate.

Luke loves his Hallie Girl!

Fall fishing on Lake Cumberland

I had a trunk at my school's Trunk or Treat

and Caleb worked the sucker tree to get some service hours.

Each time Creed comes home with flowers, I always remind the boys to make sure they do the same for their wife one day.

Spoiled Rotten

On October 23rd, Caleb took the last surf run of the season.

Happy Halloween!

September

Caleb has done a great job researching the new boat and how to create the perfect wake for him. He's got it super steep, but also long.

Luke is thriving in middle school! He loves his schedule, switching classes, playing drums in band, and ALWAYS says he had a great day. He even decided to run for Student Government! The locker sign was all his idea...

We spotted Billy on the main lake the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We actually hadn't been on that part of the lake yet this summer so it was the first time seeing him this year.

The helicopter got a great picture of us on the Fun Run to Lee's Ford Marina Poker Run weekend.

Caleb brought a friend from school down to the lake one weekend and we had an epic lake weekend. There was surfing,

cliff jumping,

a fast boat dam run,

lots of houseboat fun,

and tube shenanigans.

Caleb also got some great drone pictures!
