Choo! Choo!

Caleb got to see his first toy train last night, and was
very intrigued. He watched it go around and around,
never taking his eyes off of it. He especially loved all
of the sounds it made. Thanks Grandaddy for putting
it together for Caleb!

While we were there, Grandma decided to give him
one of his Christmas presents early! We need to
remember in the future to always have his passie in
while he opens his gifts. The bow & paper went
straight in his mouth.

My very own nativity scene...thanks Grandma &
Grandaddy!

Still hungry???

You be the judge...

Go Uncle Luke, Go!

On Thursday night, Caleb LOVED watching his Uncle Luke
play basketball. He couldn't take his eyes off the court and
helped cheer Whitefield on to a victory over Seneca.

You know Caleb had to have on his Whitefield
Wildcats t-shirt. Even though it was way to big,
a size 2T, he loved it anyways.

No matter where we are, Caleb always finds
a lap to jump on.

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Caleb loved sitting on Santa's lap. He smiled, looking
at the camera for the first two pictures. While I was
trying to decide which was best, the photographer
snapped this shot. It wasn't hard to decide then.
Priceless!!!

Grandmom's Pride & Joy

These are some cute pictures that my mom took last
Friday when she kept Caleb. (And I thought Caleb cried
all day because he missed me...)

A New Friend

Going after Rhett's toy

You can see how excited Rhett was about all of this.

The tongue is out...

You can imagine what happened next...
(Yes, I washed Caleb off with soap and water.)

Don't Tell Daddy!

Well, I couldn't help it...we had to break out the first
Christmas present today. Caleb has been bored with
his toys lately, so he "needed" a new one. He loved
playing with his shapes, and apparently they tasted
good too. :)

Tis the Season

Creed and I have always decorated for Christmas and put
up our tree on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. This year was
so special because Caleb got to be involved in the tradition.
Since it was Caleb's first Christmas, we thought he should
have the honor of putting the first ornament on the tree. And,
that ornament happened to be his first "Baby's First Christmas"
ornament.

When Creed was a child, his grandmother knitted him
his stocking. Then, when Creed and I were married, she
made me a stocking as well. The tradition continues...
when we were in Charleston, Grandmother Smith gave
Caleb his very own stocking! What a special and priceless
gift! Thanks Grandmother!
