Recently

Caleb and Luke got their last package from Marshma and Papa, and while they love all the surprises, they are super excited that they will be home from Florida very soon.

A few Saturdays ago, Caleb and I went to the opening of the new lego store in town, Bricks and MiniFigs. We loved the store- they have so many Lego sets, hundreds of Legos on display, cases of mini-figures, and much more. Caleb used some of the money he has been saving since Christmas and bought a few Lego Movie sets...which he has played with every single day since.

Bubbles always make bath time more fun!

Fun with snap blocks.

We are SO, SO proud of Luke. He said good-bye to diapers and now uses the potty for everything! It took a few days of convincing that it wasn't scary, and now, thankfully, he is a pro at it.

Funniest thing...he took his frog potty in the cabinet, closed the door, and apparently did his business in the dark in there. Such a goofy kid!

Two thumbs up- Yay Luke!!!

Meeting Bennett

Over the weekend Caleb and Luke got to meet their newest cousin, Bennett. Luke was very curious and had lots of questions about baby B.

While Caleb was a little worried that Bennett might drool on him, he was still eager to hold and love on him.

I got lots of snuggles and Bennett love, even getting to rock him to sleep in my arms. He is such a strikingly beautiful little guy!

Ava's Birthday Party

Ava had her birthday party at All About Kids and the boys had a blast. Their smiles tell the story...

So, so, so hard to believe that she's six.

Ava's cake was pretty amazing!

Happy 6th Birthday, Ava!
We hope you had a great day!!!

More Fun with PeePaw

Lunch at White Castle, complete with sliders and Big Red! This is always one of Caleb's favorite places to go with PeePaw.

PeePaw also took us to see the Lego movie, which was awesome. We all loved it, even Officer Fowler here...

We are so thankful that PeePaw got to come and spend the weekend with us and can't wait to visit NC soon!

Kid's Fair with PeePaw

We had a great weekend around here!

First, PeePaw came to visit, and anytime he is here we always have a blast, regardless of what's on the agenda. However, this weekend we happened to do quite a few fun things. I think Caleb may have said This is the best weekend ever! a few times. :)

Saturday morning we headed downtown to the Louisville Kid's Fair. I actually got free tickets from my work, so that made it even better. There were characters to meet, games, rides, and even a petting zoo. The boys were so happy to be there!

The obstacle course was fun and the boys seemed to really like it.

Caillou is one of their very favorite shows, so this meeting was much anticipated!

Caleb

Luke

While the boys don't watch Ninja Turtles yet, they both like to play with the figures, so meeting one was exciting. (Even though Caleb always points out that It's just someone in a costume.)

The petting zoo was Luke's favorite part!

I love Luke's expression!

Pony rides!

The first thing Caleb said to the workers were I've done this before! and Make sure I go really high!

He did go high...although I didn't get a picture because I had to follow Luke to his trampoline.

Since he barely weighs anything they had to pull him down and then let go so he'd shoot up in the air.

He loved it and even let them flip him a few times.

Congratulations...
Now you have the opportunity to see what the world's most expensive Sprite and popcorn look like.
(Drum roll, please.)

Chewy!
